SHEETMETAL

Guillotine:  Capacity up to 2.4m x 3mm (M/S), 2mm (S/S), 5mm (Al)
Bending:   Capacity up to 1.2m x 3mm. Accuracy: +/- 0.2
Cutting:    Production cutting of Brass, Aluminium, Copper and Plastics

PRESSES

• 6, 12, 35 and 75 tonne presses.
• Manufacture of press tools.
• Range of stock tools to cover most shapes.

WELDING

• Pulse TIG
• MIG

FINISHING

• Vibrating and rumbling machines with a variety of media.
• Hand finishing.
• Grinding, including surface and tool & cutter.

DESIGN & DRAFTING

• We can assist customers with our diverse knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• We are able to read a broad spectrum of file formats.
• We use broadband for fast file transfers.

PROGRAMMING

Our knowledge of programming, materials and machining using the latest in CAM software makes us fast, efficient and accurate. Which enables us to be highly cost competitive.

The world-class CAD/CAM package TopSolid is supplied to us by the Australian agent, Cim Solutions.
